If you follow me on my facebook page, you could notice that last Saturday I got up at 4:40 am, just to have a run. No, I haven’t gotten completely crazy yet, I just attended the Adidas BoostPrague 5km morning run, during which we were testing the new Adidas Boost, I personally was wearing the Supernova Glide Boosts, because I already have the Ultra Boosts at home:) Well they were really comfy even though they were brand new.
I took Dominika from DBLOG with me because I knew that I wouldn’t make it just on my own. Concerning my performance, to tell you the truth, I thought I was gonna die. These morning trainings aren’t for me, I’m used to exercising at 10pm, so this was really really hard. Fortunately at the end there was a short stretching and huge breakfast, so that saved me.
And what about you guys, what time do you exercise? Any morning people? 🙂
