Hey fitness maniacs!
This time I put my favorite exercises into a whole video! Lately, I’m crazy about combined exercises, which are complex, so they involve the whole body and increase physical condition.
You can turn it into a full workout, or use just some of the exercises, but either way the workout in this video is focusing on the whole body and includes every single muscle in your body! :))
Some of the exercises are a bit speeded up, so slow down and do the exercises properly. I got really sweaty while doing this workout, so I believe it’ll wear you up as well. But you know how it is: when you still look good after your workout , you didn’t try hard enough.
