Hey everyone!
So this time I decided not to bother you with some more clothes, and instead of that post something useful. I captured my usual full-body workout. If you have read my previous posts, you already know that I don’t really like the machines, and I prefer bodyweight and simple equipment, such as TRX, bosu or dumbbells.
Every exercise is done in 13 reps and 3 sets. (so every single one is repeated 3×13). I usually start with large muscles, such as quadriceps and latissimus.
If you’re trying to loose weight, you should do a little bit of cardio between every set 🙂
