Hey guys!
First of all, I would like to thank you all for all the positive feedback on the latest travel article! 🙂 I think you guys are actually really interested in this topic, so I’ll think of more of these articles and I’ll write another one soon!
Anyways, on Thursday, I had a lecture at University of Economics within the Managers Etiquette lesson, where we talked about how to combine individual pieces together, dress-codes on different occasions, and how important fashion & clothing is. Based on that, I was thinking of writing an article about the accessories and about their strength, so you can learn something new and don’t have to read about my boring life (haha :)))).
Imagine this outfit without the scarf and the handbag. Pretty boring, right? Thanks to the accessories, you can shift the outfit to a different level, and that’s exactly what the accessories are designed for. The rule is simple and everyone knows it.
- If you’re wearing something ultra-simple, you can add more accessories to get the outfit alive.
- If the outfit itself is complicated and overflows with colors, reduce the amount of accessories or avoid them completely.
The same thing applies to jewellery which I don’t wear that much, but it’s the same thing. If you have a t-shirt with a lace up to your neck, it’s logical not to wear a huge necklace. On the other hand, if you have a solid cotton t-shirt, you can afford a distinct necklace on your neck.
I like to combine a purse with a scarf in the same color, and this time I didn’t do it anyhow different. In addition, the orange perfectly matches the beige because they’re both warm colors. (And I’ve been crazy about orange lately, haha :)))
So I hope you learned something new today or I at least reminded you something you already knew before! 🙂
If anything was unclear, just let me know in the comments! 🙂
