Hi runners!
Last week I invited you guys via Facebook to the Adidas Runners Prague Launch, which I also attended this time and now I’m bringing you a detailed report, how it all looked like.
It was a run through Prague, where everyone could choose 5, 8 or 10+ km. Yesterday I still felt the legs after Saturday’s Spartan race, so I cowardly chose only five-kilometer track. The start was at 6pm in the Adidas store Na Prikopech, where we also could change and leave our stuff, which was then transported to finish of the run. Also everyone could borrow a pair of shoes with the Boost technology to test them. I already got one pair of Pure Boosts (check them out HERE), so I ran in these.
After the start, yet our group was divided into fast and slow runners, so I in order not to be a total loafer, I chose the faster group.
The best thing about this run was that it was interspersed with exercises, so that was really my kind of a thing. When our running coach found that I was a fitness trainer, he gave me a really hard time, hahaha:) We did squats, lunges, arms exercises, jumps and we even ran up the Letna stairs.
At the end of the run, we found out, that we ran nearly eight kilometers, which was a pleasant surprise, haha:)
We ended up in the Jatka bar, where the afterparty with a lot of food and drinks was held. Also there were contests and you could win a private session with a professional trainer or a pair of Boosts!
If someone is interested, these runs are held every Tuesday at 6pm. There’s a great bunch of coaches which are so much fun, so I definitely recommend you to try it. And these runs are of course free! 🙂
