Today’s Monday, so another #MotivationMonday is here!
At the weekend I had a great back & arms workout and I decided to share it with you. It was a great workout also maybe because I bought new clothes in which I felt great. Do you guys have better when you have something new as well?? I was looking for a long-sleeved crop-top for such a long time and Adidas finally made my dream come true:))) Also, it goes well with the leggings from Stella McCartney collection, about which I’m totally crazy as well. The entire outfit can be found now at Adidas Na Příkopech! :))
Well, concerning the workout, it consisted of:
Warm Up:
20x jump squats
15x tripceps burpees
30x jumping lunges
– Everything repeated in 2 sets –
Workout:
10x biceps pull-ups (underhand)
15x bent over pull-downs on pulley
– The whole thing repeated in 3 sets –
10x wide pull-ups
15x narrow cable pull-downs
– The whole thing repeated in 3 sets –
15x horizontal seated rows
15x bent over cable rows
– The whole thing repeated in 3 sets –
15x Triceps push-ups
15x biceps dumbbell curls
– The whole thing repeated in 3 sets –
At the end, I gave it another 10 minutes of fast uphill walking on the treadmill with a sandbag. That means I take a 5 kg sandbag and lift it up above my head with every step, so the shoulders were working as well. This will knock you down pretty well, hahaha:)))
