Hello!
First of all I have to apologize for not posting the #FitFridays and #MotivationMondays for some time and that’s going to change!
I didn’t exercise much over the summer and now I’m starting all over again, so I’ll keep everything documented.
I bought a couple of new gym pieces, so I can train harder and as usually, I didn’t start my Friday morning any different that working out. I got used to have my workout at 7 am and I must say that, as it was difficult at the beginning, now I can’t imagine a day without it. When I go to the gym at 10 pm, as I was used to till a few months ago, I can’t lift even a 1-kg dumbbell haha:))
Today I’ve had a leg & shoulder day with only 6-kg dumbbells, I didn’t need anything else for the workout. I’ve put together a little circuit training and I’ve done everything in three sets. So here we go:
Squats with shoulder presses
Front dumbbell raises
Walking lunges
Bent-over dumbbell rear delt raises
Jump squats
Glute kickbacks (kneeled)
Burpees & Plank rows
Jumping lunges
Front dumbbell raise
Glute bridges
Push-ups on dumbbells
Sprint
I didn’t do my abs, because they’re still strained from the last time, so I skipped them:)
Since there will be #FitFridays and #MotivationMondays regularly now, I wanted to ask you guys, which article you would like me to write. Starting Tuesday, a nutritional course will be held in our gym, which is more thorough and comprehensive than the one I already have, so in a couple of weeks I’ll be a bit smarter about the food & diet 🙂
Oh and by the way, I’m wearing a new top and leggings by D4FS 🙂
Pa,
E.
