Hey guys!
So this sweater is one of my secondhand catches. I bought it for 20 Kč (about $1) in a secondhand near Prague, and I’m all over it! Hahaha:) This is another proof that fashion is not just about the money, as everyone thinks!
Lately, I’ve met with opinions, that fashion is superficial and it’s a kind of a pretense. But I don’t think so. I think that fashion can highlight and describe a human personality. I don’t know how about you guys, but I always feel better when I know I look good. I don’t think about my outfits just to dazzle other people in the subway, but to feel good. And it’s fun. I love playing with colors and patterns. And it also lifts up my self-confidence, which has always been pretty low.
I always describe my opinion on an example of two absolutely identical girls – one is wearing sweatpants and old t-shirt, the other is wearing a perfectly fitting dress, matched to the last detail. Which girl would you find more interesting and will notice first? 🙂 And have you ever seen a successful manager in wrong-sized suit and yellowed shirt?
Indeed, fashion is a very controversial thing, and not everyone would agree with me, and would oppose that everyone should wear clothes, that is comfortable. That’s true, I feel comfy in clothes that look good. And don’t tell me that sweatpants are more comfortable than fitting jeans? I also hate tight short dress, which is tucking up with every step and high stiletto heels. They are really uncomfortable and therefore do not wear them.
So I think fashion is just about interest, not about the money and not about the comfortability.
Do you guys agree with me? And what is your opinion on fashion? :)))
Have a great Wednesday! 🙂
